Why an Art & Music Festival on Prince George Street?

Because there are so many incredibly talented folks in Williamsburg & surrounding areas & we thought they should have a regular show place close to downtown, especially in the summer, the busiest time of year.
The Blue Talon Bistro has done an amazing job of organizing community events in the past few years. Our favorite family events are the Summer Outdoor Movie Nights -each Sunday Night at dusk from June - August of a great variety of titles & subjects...all for Free! There's great dinner-casual or dressy, desserts, drinks...whatever you'd like on the street!
I thought I'd like to organize an event tying in local Artists & Musicians to the already wonderful offerings on the street(come see for yourself!!!) & asked Adam Steely(Blue Talon Bistro)'s help in doing so. He's been oustanding in lending support & assistance in helping me run with my idea. All of the merchants on the street gave him -when he asked-their overwhelming support- of the Art & Music Festival and look forward to welcoming a new crowd of supporters to PG Street this summer!
We'll be including some great talent in the street on these 3 SECOND SUNDAYS(June 13th, July 11th & August 8th) - but be sure to wander in & meet, & support the merchants that are there 7 days a week with most unique offerings & gift ideas! It's because of their vote of approval that we're able to bring you this fun event!
